Our Scope Of Brokerage Services.
We will introduce prospective purchasers to the Property either directly through our own contacts and will:
- Work with you in a manner that assists your own efforts while protecting the Broker’s pre-existing relationship with its clients.
- Engage in relevant marketing activities.
- Use extensive in-house lists to both attract purchasers to the Property and also invite selected individuals to appropriate marketing initiatives;
- Be solely liable for all marketing expenditures incurred in connection with our activities, however, the Client will be liable for the cost of legal registration of property and other costs associated.
- Support your efforts to ensure authorized purchaser documentation required for sale is properly executed and earnest money deposits are collected.
