Our Scope Of Brokerage Services.

We will introduce prospective purchasers to the Property either directly through our own contacts and will:

1.  Work with you in a manner that assists your own efforts while protecting the Broker’s pre-existing relationship with its clients.
2.  Engage in relevant marketing activities.
3.  Use extensive in-house lists to both attract purchasers to the Property and also invite selected individuals to appropriate marketing initiatives;
4.  Be solely liable for all marketing expenditures incurred in connection with our activities, however, the Client will be liable for the cost of legal registration of property and other costs associated.
5.  Support your efforts to ensure authorized purchaser documentation required for sale is properly executed and earnest money deposits are collected.
